SUMMARY:Flight Levels Flight Club - Businessmap #4 (mit Lukas Schmidt\, Deutsche Telekom)
DESCRIPTION:Dieses Webinar wird in Englischer Sprache abgehalten \nThis session opens with a guest who is no stranger in our Flight Levels Community: Lukas Schmidt starts us off with a short intro: how you depict and connect a Flight Levels Work-System Topology (WST) on a Businessmap whiteboard.Flight Level 3 is the part that does not fit a standard board. Strategy work is not linear: it wants something much more free-flowing\, and a whiteboard gives you exactly that. The Flight Level 3 board becomes a narrative you can actually depict\, and that narrative is the “S” in SOFI: the stories you pull your outcomes from\, before those outcomes turn into flight items. (OKRA – Objectives\, Key Results\, Actions – is the older Flight Levels depiction of the same idea\, and all of those parts can be shown in Businessmap.)There is a nice loop in this one: “Flight Level 3 in Businessmap” was a topic Lukas himself put on our board at an earlier session\, and we discussed it. Now he is showing us how he figured out to actually show the entire WST in an understandable manner. After the intro we go back to our usual Lean Coffee for the rest of the evening: no fixed agenda\, no slides – you bring the topics\, we vote on the spot\, and we work the most-wanted ones one at a time and timeboxed.Who it’s for: anyone curious about Flight Levels\, Kanban\, flow\, and how AI and Businessmap are changing the practice. Newcomers very welcome. When you register\, we’ll add you to our Flight Club board in Businessmap – drop your topics before the session\, vote on what to discuss\, and follow what we covered. We run the club on a Businessmap instance that doubles as a live demo environment. \nBring a question or a topic you’d like the group’s take on. \nSee you there. \nPlease address any questions to: mathias@xuviate.com or Martin.Bertram@pmi-gc.de
